1. Free Plan
Our Free plan is completely free with no payment required. You can use it indefinitely with no refund needed.
2. Paid Subscriptions (Pro & Growth)
2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund of your first payment.
2.2 Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Request must be made within 30 days of your initial subscription
- This is your first refund request for this Service
- Your account has not violated our Terms of Service
2.3 After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day period:
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@automata.army
- Include your account email address
- Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Your subscription will be cancelled upon refund approval
- All waitlists and data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to return
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Partial month charges when downgrading plans
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company instead of requesting a refund directly from us:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- All associated data may be permanently deleted
- You may be prohibited from using the Service in the future
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
7. Plan Changes
Upgrading
When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Downgrading
When downgrading to a lower-tier plan:
- The change takes effect at your next billing date
- No prorated refunds are issued for the current period
- Features exceeding the new plan limits will become inaccessible
