1. Free Plan

Our Free plan is completely free with no payment required. You can use it indefinitely with no refund needed.

2. Paid Subscriptions (Pro & Growth)

2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund of your first payment.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of your initial subscription
  • This is your first refund request for this Service
  • Your account has not violated our Terms of Service

2.3 After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period:

  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
  • Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at support@automata.army
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Your subscription will be cancelled upon refund approval
  • All waitlists and data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to return

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Partial month charges when downgrading plans

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company instead of requesting a refund directly from us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All associated data may be permanently deleted
  • You may be prohibited from using the Service in the future

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.

7. Plan Changes

Upgrading

When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.

Downgrading

When downgrading to a lower-tier plan:

  • The change takes effect at your next billing date
  • No prorated refunds are issued for the current period
  • Features exceeding the new plan limits will become inaccessible
